The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov) has set a special rate for Transjakarta services of IDR 1 for female passengers valid during the commemoration of Kartini Day on April 21, 2025 starting at 00.00-23.59 WIB.

Tomorrow, Transjakarta will provide a special gate for female passengers to simplify the implementation of special rates at all stops.

Meanwhile, for non-BRT services, namely bus rapid transit or non-corridor services or serving on public routes, there will be an usher officer who will assist passengers, while ensuring that female passengers can get special rates.

In addition to Kartini Day, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government also applies special rates for public transportation including Transjakarta (BRT, Non-BRT, and Mikrotrans), MRT Jakarta and LRT Jakarta on April 24, 2025 which coincides with the commemoration of National Transportation Day. 

Currently, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is coordinating with related agencies outside Jakarta to provide free public transportation services for 15 community groups to support access to mobilization for residents of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok. Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). 

The 15 groups of beneficiary communities are DKI Jakarta Provincial Government civil servants, retired civil servants, DKI Jakarta Provincial Government contract workers, students receiving KJP Plus, Rusunawa residents, PKK Team, and employees with salaries equivalent to the UMP.
